Walk for Asian Elephants Week, Act Big Live Small’s global event for World Elephant Day, is launching 9–15 August 2026. This is the soft launch of what will become our annual flagship campaign.

100% of all donations raised will go to our partner, Save Elephant Foundation, founded by elephant conservationist Lek Chailert, to support the protection of Asian elephants.

No fundraising is required. In 2026 you can support the launch simply by donating to our campaign to raise £3,000 to help equip Save Elephant Foundation’s new elephant hospital with much-needed medical supplies. The hospital will provide treatment and rehabilitation for elderly, injured, disabled and rescued elephants in Thailand.

We are inviting people all over the world to go for a walk during 9–15 August in solidarity with Asian elephants.

There are no set distances. No required routes. No fundraising expectations. No pressure.

Walk anywhere. Bring family members, friends, or pets.
